FourSquare Prints Co. makes custom 3D-printed pieces to order — one-off ideas, replacement parts, prototypes, and small runs. Every custom piece is designed and printed in Canada.
How it works
- Fill in the order form below. Tell us what you need — a file, an idea, or a part to replace.
- Get a quote. We will confirm the price, material, and timeline before we print.
- We print and ship it. Your piece is printed to order and shipped to you.
Two ways to order
- Print-only: you supply the finished file, we print it.
- Design help: you bring the idea, we help refine or design it into a printable file.
Materials
We print in PLA, PETG, and TPU for everyday parts — and engineering materials for parts that need to work harder, including ABS, ASA, nylon, polycarbonate, and carbon-fiber blends. Tell us what the part needs to survive and we will match the material. See our About page for what PLA, PETG, and TPU do best.
How pricing works
Custom prints start at $15. Every quote is built the same way: the material and amount your part uses, plus print time, plus a $5 file setup (slicing, prep, and a quality check). We confirm your exact price before anything prints — no surprises.
No file yet? Design help starts at $50 for simple parts, quoted up front before we start.
Most orders are printed and ready to ship in 3–5 business days. Need it faster? Rush production is available at +50%. Ordering 10 or more of the same part? Quantity discounts apply.
Shipping is a flat $15, tracked, anywhere in Canada.
